All Stainless Steel Bearing Units SSUCPA2 Tapped Base Pillow Block Ball Bearing Unit
All Stainless Steel Bearing Units, a premium line of stainless steel bearings and bearing units featuring food-grade solid lube with covers. It is designed for a maintenance-free, washdown-resistant product line in food and beverage applications.
Bearing Units Features & Benefits:
1. Food-grade solid lubricant provides permanent bearing lubrication by protecting bearings from washout and preventing undesired grease leakage into food.
2. 100% stainless steel bearings are corrosion-resistant and require no coating, eliminating the potential of flaked coatings contaminating the end product.
3. Silicone seal and slinger combination creates a water-resistant barrier to help prevent contamination.
4. Protective covers for units provide additional protection against contaminants and moisture, while adding additional safety for maintenance personnel.
5. Full-contact nitrile seals creates a water-resistant barrier to help prevent contamination.
Material being used:
Housing: Stainless steel 304, 440, 420
Zerk fittings: Stainless steel 304
Insert bearing: Stainless steel 440, 420
Steel ball:Stainless steel 440, 420
Retainer: Stainless steel 201
Seal: Silicon rubber seal
Lubricant: Food grade grease Mobil FM222
Outer ring with grease groove and holes,at same side of setscrew
With anti-rotation pin at opposite side of setscrew
